so on monday we were practicing field hockey for the game next week. malvey drives the ball at my knee from two feet away (then breaks my stick while I am on the ground).

the doctors tell me that it has fluid in the joints. then today I learn I probably tore a ligement. so the doc decided that I have to use crutches until they find out, but it doesnt hurt that much, so I dont feel a need for them. what crap.

OH and I finally have a 200w head and a cabinet, so Im selling my old equipment soon.

the end.

so much is different now. the team is gone. whatever there once was of us is now gone. we ran away and we finished the course. so now all i have left of my race in life, is the cool down.

recap of my final xc season (notes races I cared more about)

northern burlington
1935 2nd place on the team. This was the first time I have ever beat Josh. It meant alot to me, even if he possibly just had a crappy day. this was the last time Cap saw me run, I hope I run for Rider so he can come watch me there.

rancocas valley
1950 3rd on team.

holy cross
1954 3rd on team.

cinnaminson
1945 3rd on team. I started this race out in third, what an idiot. In the end I was proud of my time for the course, and the fact that I helped pull a 1-2-3 on all teams we expected to beat.

holmdel
1950 3rd on team. the last time I saw the bowl, but after the race we previewed the triple-hill, it made me scared/excited about next year.

delsea
2010 2nd on team(absence of dm). rainy day, really rainy day, also my first time on the course, wasnt happy with the time, but wasnt overwhelmed by it since it was a fun race in the mud.

pemberton
1904 3rd on team. NEW PR. I expected to pr on this course since it was a fast course and almost everyone always does. Mad I didnt break 19, but it still counts in my book as a pr.

new egypt
1848 3rd on team. NEW PR. Ive always loved the new egypt course and it was a good day for a race. I got 21st overall (meaning technically I am Third team, which is only recorded by Ed Colona, not the papers).

willingboro (the devils penis)
1918 3rd on team. I was just happy I didnt suck nearly as bad as I did last year on the course. The penis always owns me, but I didnt get raped as bad this time.

delsea
1914 3rd on team. its just hard to believe its over.

so I HAVE NO COMPUTER.. im stealing time off my gmom/cousin/aunts computer right now to do hw and such.

yesterday was our show. it well. it sucked horribly because when we played, we knew everyone there. as the other bands slowly showed up and played more people came but only about 50 tops. i was disappointed besides the fact i was happy with the other performances of the night. our new songs didnt suck but could have been soo much better. the guys of ffl were the x-men and well have pictures on the net soon.

im kind of down right now. lifes been hectic and has no sign of letting up soon. plus i can offically say i only have enough gas money for the next 6 weeks. so i offically need a job. (like 2 weeks ago i went to apply somewhere.. and it was burning down when i drove up to it.. bad sign i guess).

i need to see certain people. more than just 'hey' in the hallway. people that i havent seen in a while, and those i just plain want to see more. i just have no time. i need that time back. soon it will be back.. i hope.

okay lately ive seen a lot of people wearing 2 shirts.. so yesterday I was like wooah im gonna Oneup them all.. so I wore 3.. I got some decent response to this..

today I pulled the pent.. yes I wore FIVE shirts.. this was for no reason other than to compete with my self and be stupid.. but then I got thinking.. I should be doing this for a reason

so heres my reason.. I think that too many people dont dress enough.. like wear enough clothing.. they should cover them selves up.. no one impiticular its just general..

So tommorrow expect to see me with SEVEN.. i hope i dont die of heat exaustion.

dont worry i think seven will probably be the end

ah yesterday was well interesting..

wake up.. take the sats, which i dont remember much about.. its all a big blur right now..

then i go straight to the school for xc.. flan makes me call josh (sorry again) and we wait like 30-40 mins for josh. we get to delsea about 30 mins before our race. its pouring by the way, mud everywhere. we do a little warmup, stretch and were covered in mud on the line. i really didnt want to race until that half hour. it was soo fun, the first 100 meters was insane.. just a gigantic mud pit, josh fell first step he took. i fell back in the woods in one of the 1 goot hight mud holes. but really who didnt.. lets just say it was fun..

but then i had to clean off and goto band.. boo... yeah and i get to whereever that was i dont remember, wait like 3 hours, then play in the gym and leave. i got home at 930 and shortly later went to sleep.

"I don't want to be second best.
I've waited too long.
I just want a second chance to be your first again."

someone should have yelled to me "your about to be struck by a vehicle" this morning

so today, I wake up, get ready, leave my house for school, Im on my way to pick up Erin... I am on Rancocas Rd going west and start to turn left onto Chapel St(right infront of Independent Firehouse)...

I get hit from behind by a motorcycle... go figure.. well I make my full turn (since I was in motion I figured why not get out of the way while I am at it) and I get out the car, and the guy is stuck underneath his motorcycle. Some random dude and I help him out from under the bike and get his leg unstuck. The motorcycle was in the road for 10 minutes because it was stuck in gear. So traffic was backed up alot.

The police and ambulance come, ambulance leaves cause no one was hurt(funny guys those paramedics), and the police get all the info. It was his fault, because he didnt have control over the motorcycle. So that means I pay no money, good stuff.

It was an experience.

PS. has anyone seen the amazing race? not that I normally watch it, but I did, and the only african american team has the last name "Black" so whenever you see them it says "The Black Family"... I found it quite hilarious

I just had a huge entry, about how much cross country has been pissing me off. I then talked to my parents who were on my side about everything. However they just got mad at me in general afterwords so a new rule is that if they find out I am bashing Flan or his techniques at all that they are going to make things more strict for me. So now I cant, cause he will go and tell them if he hears anything.

I wish I went to another school, so my parents didnt have to be within a few hundred feet of me all day.

Lifes really interesting.. I missed 4.0 by guess how much... only .02 how sad is that? So that means I wont live up to the family expectation again.. and not get NHS. Go Figure.

But hey, I made the fake music version today(the Tri-M's), along with a bunch of other people, at least its something.

Im really excited about seeing how the next couple weeks turn out, and what may start throughout them. I love the thought of going back to that special something I lost 2 years ago.

I just wish I had more than Thursday off from everything... I need more.

ps. RIP uncle bud

today xc season offically started with our first batch meet

our opponents were maple shade, northern burlington, willingboro, medford tech, and palmyra. the race was at northern.. and it was the first i saw the new course that they made. its much better than the old one. well most of the people were pretty happy with their races. I got 15/59 with a 1935. its 6 seconds slower than my old pr, but im still very happy with my race.

now we get to start out our season as 3-2. but im still not excited about flan.

edit- mahony and I were in the paper, and look out for ffl in the paper on sunday

she sees love where anyone else would see weeds

After talking about the song 'go and get your riot gear' with matt this week, I pulled out 'Quantity Is Job number one'....

.. and I have come to realize that Five Iron Frenzy's Quantity Is Job number one EP has to be like my favorate album EVER, even though its only an EP. It just has some of the best Five Iron songs, so much where if there could only be one cd that was ever put out, this would be the one I'd want there to be. So if anyone is looking to buy a cd, and dont have anything in mind, think about this one. Its mighty fine. Quite a work of art in my opinion, even if ive had it for six years since it came out.

and if your still in a happy go lucky ska/swing mood after that.. and dont mind a mix of jesus christ in there, id also look for "The W's- Fourth From The Last".. I dont ever get tired of that album.

okay, shore weekend

so i head to the shore friday.

it was fun?

i was with my possible future family.. i dont know what to call them. it was the family of my brothers girlfriend. aka. wierd (minus the fact they were exactly like us)

we ate alot of crabs, the kind where you just sit there and work to eat them by taking them apart, i ate two or three but these people ate like 5 a meal, it was insane.

saturday kev and i entertained them with our skills behind the boat. my left legs really sore from a fall i took on the wakeboard, it will go away by tommorrow.

today i played with their baby, it was suprisingly fun, cause i didnt have to do anything but make stupid faces(which is one of my professions if you didnt know), and make sure she didnt die.

then afterwords i left. the family was cool, but i felt kindof left out of the weekend, cause it was 'kevs' weekend. and then later on my mom freaks out at me cause i wasnt a big part of the weekend. ugh. whatever. and it was stupid too cause the whole weekend the parents were making those stupid hints trying to get them to get married, like "oh when you have your kids" and "we wont embarres you at your guys' wedding"..

ahh it makes me mad, cause if he gets married then im the next that they expect to... sure not for a while.. but i dont like expectations..

that was a lame entry

so yesterday ffl got interviewed for the paper, look for it, its gonna be like sept 18th i think.

then at night matt mahony erin and I all went to the electric factory. we got there a little before doors opened and in line there was a crazed homeless man. he wanted to play a game by throwing nickels across the street and catching them in a hat, it was quite hilarious.
we got in waited for a while, they had the most disturbing movie playing on the wall, too disturbing to discribe. the exits started to play, they rocked so hard for a band ive never heard before. they had great sound and good stage antics. a static lullaby was ... eh. then the perscription(rx) bandits came on. they didnt play some of the songs i wanted but still it was really good cause they played consequential apathy. even finches singer came out and helped with the song infection. then finch came and played a great set. it was such a long night, by the end it was about twelve-thirty.
on the way home NINE flashing light cop cars past me. it ended up being an accident(or fault) father up I95. but still it was scary at first, it was the most illegal ive been around the most cops. I ended up home around one-fourty. it was a good time.
